By volunteering for EMILY's List Australia You Win, We Win, Women Win
You win because you learn skills from some of the country's finest political minds and will make important networks with women who can assist you in your professional career. We win because the more hands on deck, the easier it is for us to help our candidates win elections. Women win because with a greater gender balance in Parliament, the prospect of women friendly policies increases.
There are many ways you can volunteer.
Join an EMILY's List Action Groups (ELAG's)
In every state and territory there is a committed group of women – all volunteers – who fundraise for candidates and support them through the election period. This group of women come from all ages and experiences. ELAG's meet regularly and it is through your participation in these groups that you can contribute directly to the development of EMILY's List Australia.
Each ELAG has a Convenor and other office-bearing positions. Members of ELAG are elected or nominated to the National Committee of EMILY's List.

Help us research issues important to women
Are you studying a course at University, TAFE or high school focussing on Gender, Politics, Philanthropy, Community, Union or Women's organising? Considering doing a Postgraduate Studies but not sure how to focus your research?
EMILY's List Australia supports women to combine their professional development with our policy interests by undertaking research consistent with our principles. Through your research, You win, We Win and Women Win.
EMILY's List Australia is committed to undertaking at least one of these projects a year. To enquire about research for the following year, please contact our National Co-ordinator by 30 November.
Raise funds for our candidates.
Women need help fundraising for election campaigns and this is the primary reason why EMILY's List exists. Without help raising money, many women would be unable to take the first steps in
Are you interested in event organising? Do you want to gain experience in marketing and promotion? Do you have close relationships in the business and corporate sector?
Help us organise events and build relationships with corporate donors by joining our fundraising team.
Join our Election Strike Team
During Federal and State Elections, we need experienced campaigners to assist us with implementing our Candidate Endorsement Protocols and supporting all our candidates to win elections. We also need numbers women, who are interested in electorate statistics and margins to help our women win elections.
